New CPR Technique – Important Information Regarding Medical Emergencies

Learn Sarver Heart Center’s Continuous Chest Compression CPR

Did you know that every three days, more Americans die from sudden cardiac arrest than the number who died in the 9-11 attacks. The University of Arizona Colleg of Medicine says, “You can lessen this recurring loss by learning Continuous Chest Compression CPR, a hands-only CPR method that doubles a person’s chance of surviving cardiac arrest.”  This technique is fairly easy to learn and perhaps most importantly, requires no mouth-to-mouth contact, making it more likely that bystanders may be willing to help a stranger.  This video talks at length about the technique and demonstrates how to use it.  This is a video that is important to watch and to share.
