Fruit, Juice, and Tea Can Damage Teeth

A recent study shows that some drinks otherwise known to be healthy for us, can cause damage to our teeth. The acid in things like sports drinks and fruit juices can eventually strip the enamel. We already knew that things like soda and coffee can wreak havoc on our pearly whites as well.

While I understand that health officials need to caution the public against dangers, I also think some of these studies go a bit too far. After all, what are we supposed to drink? Milk and water alone? The best bet is to use moderation in all we do.
